2014 CEO Update

Our approach for 2014 has recognised that we have successfully navigated the business through a difficult economic environment over recent years. We have minimised the risks within our operations and prepared our investments plans for future growth. Our aim this year is to implement these plans while maintaining the strong performance of our core businesses. As always, we will be following the principles of our Core Strategy:

• Remove weaknesses - Generate cash, reduce long term debt and manage bad debt risks.


• Core Investment - Execute investment plan for Independent Glass to deliver new glass processing technology and larger production capacity.


• New business opportunities - Develop export marketing plan for new patented Lumaglass product range. Prepare business plan and funding package for new façade concept for EU market.
